Real Training for the Real World
***Mother’s Day Special- Buy One Get One 1/2 Off***
What better gift to give this mothers day than to give the gift of safety to the special women in your life.
Join us on May 12 from 1–4pm for Fight Back for Women Part 1. This specific edition is for mothers and daughters. Ages 14+ welcome.
As women we were taught at an early age Don’t Punch! Don’t Kick! Don’t Hit! Don’t Yell! Don’t Spit! Don’t Bite! Why would we be teaching our daughters not to do these things when it is these exact things that are going to keep them safe?
Fight Back for Women (FBFW) teaches participants how not to be the target of a physical attack. Kris educates women on the prevention strategies on how to stay safer. Yes, safer as nothing is 100%. We provide women the tools to have a strong presence, elude confidence, and to be assertive- all traits that we want our daughters to have in their tool belt not just as young women but to master as adults. These skills are used when seeking employment, dating, and most importantly, developing intuition. We don’t just work on building self-protection skills but focus on building strong, confident, independent women. Predators don’t target these women as they know these women will put up a fight!
Kris educates participants on the common trends of stranger on stranger attacks, how to avoid these situations, situational awareness, using fear to your advantage, the benefits of being a woman during a stranger on stranger attack, the “strike first principle”, and basic fundamental techniques to stun and run and get to safety. Our techniques are based on what works in the real world!
FBFW is designed to provide participants with simple and realistic self protection techniques that are simple, easy, usable and retain-able by the participant under stress, should the participant have to physically protect them self from an attacker.
Mothers- This program is equally as beneficial for you! Click HERE to visit our testimonials page on what adult women are saying about FBFW.
