Join­ing Instructions:

Loca­tion: Train­ing takes place in our home stu­dio locat­ed at 1218 Clear­wa­ter Pl. Please enter through the side door of the garage.

Park­ing: If there is no street park­ing please park on Lang­ford Parkway.

Dress: Please wear clean shoes and weath­er appro­pri­ate ath­let­ic cloth­ing. Train­ing will take place in and outdoors.

Arrival: Please do not arrive more than 5 min­utes before your ses­sion as we do require time between ses­sions to ful­ly san­i­tize all equipment.

Doc­u­men­ta­tion: Par­tic­i­pants must com­plete and bring in hand the below documents.

COVID-19 Pro­to­cols: 

• COVID-19 Screen­ing upon arrival. No Entry if any signs of COVID-19.
• 6 foot social dis­tanc­ing will be enforced.
• Staff will ensure all equip­ment is ful­ly san­i­tized pri­or to your participation.
• Hand San­i­tiz­er avail­able on site.
• Note: There will be no wash­rooms avail­able for use on site.
