Instructor was very well prepared. Delivered the material professionally and effectively. Knowledgeable instructor. Training aids were very good. Lots of inert OC/ spray/ gloves/ goggles. Set up of the classroom was excellent, conducive to learning. Demonstration of techniques very well done. Instructor made it look easy. Provided good feedback on how to improve.
